Your account will be credited when we receive payment from your financial institution. If the transaction completes successfully and is honored by your financial institution you can still apply for a refund within 7 days of the transaction completing. Please be advised however that reversing out an online payment will remove that payment from your rental payment history and could result in late fees or the violation of the terms of your lease.
